Photography is an art and a valuable way we turn moments into precious memories. Still Souls Photography passionately believes that the most important quality of a photograph, as in all art, is to evoke powerful emotion.

Hey there! My name is Betsy, and I’m an artist, equestrian, and aspiring photojournalist located in and around the Midwest. I love capturing raw and real moments between family, friends, and animals. My goal is always to strive for honest and beautiful storytelling in a journalistic and clean style.

I have been photographing and learning for as long as I can remember. My work has featured in the Huffington Post, the online Chicago Tribune, and used for a wide variety of advertising and marketing endeavors including publication in a book and on a magazine cover.

I’ve been blessed to photograph many families, seniors, couples, and pets. My favorite genres, however, are documentary & equine photography.
